Dehydrated chopped white onions. These onions can be added to soups, stews, chilis, sauces, casseroles, Mexican and Italian dishes, stuffing mixes, and bread. Add them directly to the dish while cooking. Alternatively, you can rehydrate them in water for 10 minutes, then simmer. 

1 oz equals to 1/3 cup of dried onions. Once rehydrated, they double in volume. So you can expect 18 oz of rehydrated white onions from one can!
